What kind of cards can your scanners scan?

I'm using the ScanShell 800N for ID Card Scanning.

I'm using the Scanshell 3000DN for duplex scanning but I don't think it can scan any card.

Mine is the Idscan and it is a driver license scanner.

ScanShell 3000DN features:

Scan business cards, plastic ID cards, and documents up to legal size

I use the same scanner bundled with MediScan software
for all of the Dr's offices where I currently work.
