Compatibility
Q: Does ScanShell scanners work with Macintosh (MAC) computers?
A: At this time ScanShell scanners do not support the Mac Operating System.
Q: Are CSSN scanners compatible with Vista 32bit Operating System?
A: All CSSN scanner are Vista compatible, except Scanshell 1000N.
Q: What scanners are compatible with Vista 64bit Operating System?
A: The following are – Scanshell 800R/NR/DX/DXN, Scanshell 2000R/NR, and Scanshell 3000D.
Warranty and Return Policy
Q: What is the warranty policy on ScanShell Store products?
A: All our products have a standard 1 year warranty, and we supply an extended 1 year warranty or 2 years warranty for an additional cost.
Q: What is the return policy of ScanShell Store?
A: We have a 30 day money back guaranty policy. We will accept returns for any product for a period of 30 days from the date on the Invoice. We can also provide a refund on the full price minus the S&H costs.

A: ScanShell Store accepts credit cards and pre-paid checks, for other payment methods please call (310) 928-6675.

A: ScanShell Store accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Policy
Q: How do you deliver your products?
A: We use the services of premium carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS).
Q: What are your delivery options?
A: Our delivery options are Ground, 2nd day Air, 3 days Select, Overnight and international.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times.

A: Yes, we ship to Canada.
Q: Do you ship to Australia?
A: Yes, we ship to Australia . In the "Shipping Method" option, please select "International (outside USA and Canada )".

Q: Does your scanner scan in color?
A: All our scanners scan in color as a default, and can also be configured to scan in black & white.
Q: What is the scanning speed of your scanners?
A: Each scanner has a different scanning speed as follows:
ScanShell 800R/800NR - 10 ppm (pages per minute) B/W; 10 ppm Color -(6in x 4in @ 100dpi)

ScanShell 2000/2000N - 6 ppm (pages per minute) B/W; 6 ppm Color -(8.5in x 11in letter size @ 100dpi)

ScanShell 3000D/3000DN - 6 ppm (pages per minute) B/W; 3 ppm Color -(8.5in x 11in letter size @ 100dpi)
Q: Does your scanner have a USB connection?
A: All our scanners are powered from the computer's USB connection and no external power is necessary.
Q: What type of documents can be scanned by your sheet fed scanners?
A: All our sheet fed scanners are capable of scanning business cards, receipts, photos, checks, small documents and ID cards, Scanshell 2000NR and ScanShell 3000DN can scan documents up to A4 size (legal paper).

Q: Does Scan2Contacts scan colored business cards?
A: Yes, Scan2Contacts is bundled with
ScanShell 800NR which is a color scanner.
Q: Does Scan2Contacts scan business cards from both sides?
A: At this time Scan2Contacts is capable of scanning only one side of the business card.
Q: Will Scan2Contacts work with a network version of Outlook (Outlook Express)?
A: Scan2Contacts does work with Microsoft Exchange so that you can select public folders to scan the cards to.
Q: Does Scan2Contacts include the scanner?
A: Scan2Contacts is a complete solution that includes both the software and the ScanShell 800N scanner.
